I am an intern at A Better Life Therapy and currently pursuing my master’s degree in counseling at The College of New Jersey. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Stockton University, where I developed a strong interest in understanding human behavior, personal growth, and the factors that influence emotional well-being.
My background in athletics has shaped much of how I view mental health and wellness. Through sports, I learned the importance of resilience, discipline, and the powerful connection between the mind and body. These experiences sparked my passion for overall wellness and continue to influence the way I approach counseling. I believe that caring for our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health, and that meaningful change often comes from small, intentional steps taken over time.
I take a positive, strengths-based approach to therapy. While there are many things in life that we cannot control, I believe we can learn how to respond to challenges in ways that promote growth, self-awareness, and resilience. My goal is to help clients focus on what is within their control while developing the confidence and skills needed to navigate life’s difficulties.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and trusting environment where clients feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves into the room. I understand that discussing difficult emotions, experiences, and life challenges can feel vulnerable, and I hope to provide a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout that process. I believe that each person knows themselves best, and I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. My role is not to tell clients who they are or what they should do, but rather to help them build insight, develop the language to better understand their experiences, and gain practical tools that can lead to meaningful and measurable change.
Whether you are navigating stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to meeting you where you are. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward greater self-understanding, improved well-being, and a life that feels more aligned with their values, goals, and sense of purpose

“My main goal when we work together is that at some point, you won’t need to come see me anymore because you will feel empowered to enact change in your life.”
To me, healing can only occur in a space where you feel seen and understood. I strive to bring my full self to the therapy room in order to create an atmosphere that feels warm and supportive to you. My main goal when we work together is that at some point, you won’t need to come see me anymore because you will feel empowered to enact change in your life.
Your treatment journey will be unique, which is why we will discuss your goals and collaborate on a plan to help you achieve these goals within your value system. I incorporate evidence-based treatments and psychoeducation in session to allow my clients to learn more about themselves and what healthy mental health will look like for them. So far in my studies, I have had the opportunity to receive prestigious training from the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I enjoy employing CBT and motivational interviewing techniques to help change thoughts and behaviors, bringing you more in line with the life you hope to lead.

“Therapy is the space where we hold hope that healing is possible, and where we take steps to experience the change we desire.”
For over a decade, I’ve worked with individuals, couples and families at all stages of their lives. I’m passionate about helping my clients better understand themselves and their relationships, so they can live a fulfilling life unburdened by shame, fear, and feelings of unworthiness.
I love to help couples rediscover their friendship and intimacy, and to break down whatever walls have built between them. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Gottman Method Couples therapy, to help couples create connection and understanding. I also enjoy working with individuals who find themselves struggling with areas of their lives, whether it be navigating relationships, managing stress and anxiety, finding purpose, processing trauma, or adjusting to life transitions.
As a trauma-informed, relational therapist, I’m a big believer that we are shaped by our relationships and experiences. It is a privilege to witness my client’s stories and to be a part of their journey toward achieving deeper connection and understanding of themselves and their world.
Who I work with:
I primarily work with adult individuals who are looking to understand and heal from early childhood trauma or adverse life experiences. I help my clients to understand the different parts of themselves, moving toward gaining more perspective and clarity. I enjoy supporting my individual clients to increase feelings of purpose, self- worth and confidence. I work with couples who are experiencing feelings of disconnection, frustration with gridlocked conflict, or struggling to process infidelity or other betrayals.
